two separate mattress in the double bed, too complicated heating and cooling system (we had to sleep with open windows because too hot and unable to decipher the thingie on the wall)

We got great value for our money at Hotel Simplon. The room was spacious and clean, and even though we didn't have a view, it was still very comfortable. The location was amazing, with stunning

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with its incredible access to its sister hotel Dino. The large pool and landscaped area was perfect for relaxing, and the stunning views of the lake were breathtaking. 

Location and Leisure Facilities. (My wife loved the chocolates on her pillow esach night!)

It was a short weekend. Accommodation was spot on. Well placed fo the local area.

Staff are very helpful and efficient. The hotel and grounds are very well kept and clean and the pool area is beautiful.

The food is mediocre and rather over priced and it would be nice to have a bar service at the pool.

The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a grand and elegant atmosphere. The floor to ceiling window provided a beautiful view of the main street and even a glimpse of the lake. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

For a hotel that luxurious I was surprise to find myself having to pay an outrageous amount of money to use internet. The dress code for dinner was also annoying.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the beautiful grounds and pool area of the hotel. The decorations were lavish and created a festive atmosphere. The deck area offered a great view and was a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
